My parents and I piled into the car and drove to the little seaside town of Worthing this time last week. We stayed at the lovely AWM guesthouse, just a stone's throw away from the pebble beach. I'd been there with some friends last year, so was particularly pleased to be back. Our 48-hour break included walks on the beach, fish & chips, reading. On hindsight it was a little too short to really chip away at our collective tiredness, but thoroughly pleasant nonetheless...

Timely too, as this morning, builders arrived to begin much needed repairs on our house. Let the noise and other building-related chaos commence!
