Herman

We found Herman (a praying mantis) lurking around our curtains the other day, and promptly launched a rescue operation to move him to the balconey, and thus to freedom. Unfortunately, despite our ministrations (or perhaps because of them...) Herman perished and his body was carted off by a horde of hungry ants...
