It's been a long time since I've blogged about my progress through the 2008 reading list. I'm really low on energy at present, so rather that attempting synopses and verdicts, let me just tell you that I highly recommend...
* Purple Hibiscus by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie
* Half a Yellow Sun by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie
* North & South by Elizabeth Gaskell (the experience is greatly enhanced if you watch the BBC series along side!)
